"Fantastic! The hotel itself, including the room, looked absolutely amazing. Staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent customer service. The only issue is that the lift wasn't working, so we had to use the stairs. Other than that, everything was great. Will definitely stay there again."

"Very generously-sized and highly-specified room, with excellent bathroom, very large TV, fancy lighting etc, the only downside being a carpet which could do with a very deep clean or possibly replacement. The location is right next to the stadium, shopping, conference centre and railway station, though this has its downsides, if you happen to be staying on the day of a major sporting event which you're not actually attending. Rather strange requirement to pay a £50 deposit - if I was going to...
