"Maybe Vegas isn't what I remember. But I thought comps even small ones were a thing. Everything is just to nickel and dime you. I had to pay for early checkin pee person. Pay for an upgrade. The upgraded room was not clean super dusty behind the TV. The charging electronics didn't work the bathroom soap dispensers caked up. Went back and got my previous room and my upgrade money back. Still not the best. I went there for my wife's birthday. Last time I went there for a birthday they come give a lil something not much some chocolate or something. Nothing at all more charges. I mean it's Vegas right but for the size of the hotel compared to the rest I just expected more. "

"The rooms were somewhat clean. The beds were comfortable. The place needs some TLC. Their breakfast was delicious! The location was everything. They do not have a resort fee which was great. The front desk staff was never visible and were not helpful when I needed assistance. Make sure you count your breakfast vouchers at check in because if you get the wrong amount they won’t print more for you and you will end up paying for breakfast. There is no manager on duty. Staff mentioned that they have to call whenever needed so good luck trying to get any kind of resolution to any issues."
