"All welcoming friendly hotel, with a great atmosphere! They dealt promptly with some noisy/disruptive people, which was reassuring. However, we witnessed a group reporting suitcases having been stolen from their room on the evening of their arrival, with all clothing/passports/money having being taken from a 6th floor room! The staff did not seem to respond favourably, and they weren't taking this seriously- concerning!!"

"The team was exceptional and accommodating. Our room had an issue with the shower and engineer came to check but was not fixed which was a bit of a pain as we were a party of 5 and ended uses one shower. Apart from that definitely recommend and easy walking distance to restaurants and Aqualand. "

"Wonderful apartment. Spacious and a massive terrace. Tea, coffee, sugar, dishwashing tablets all present. A nice touch. Unfortunately the big pool was closed but the other pools were open, so no big issue. I can recommend the apartments, make sure you have a car to get around. "

"Es un apartamento muy equipado, y amplio, teniamos el apartamento sup. con vistas a la piscina y mar, realmente vale la pena y en esta epoca por la situación que esta ubicado, hay mucha tranquilidad. El sofa es lo único que hemos tenido quejas, se nota que es un sofa viejo, las fundas incluso estan amarillas de su uso, y tuvimos que pedir una sabana para cubrirlo y asi almenos cuando te sentabas no te daba la sensación de sucio...es por ello que no le acabo de dar las 5 estrellas. It is a walk from the main town centre, and the hill is steep, so need to be mobile, or happy to use taxis. But the walk is worth it as the location is peaceful. Reception area and stairs are all stone/marble so noise does travel - especially to ground floor rooms. And walls are thin too, so occasional interrupted sleep. Nothing too dramatic though. But with good facilities, clean rooms, attentive...
