The hotel was in a great area to be able to walk to the Malecon. Reception area was great , answered all my questions. The cleaning of the rooms was horrible, the only thing they actually did was made the beds and cleaned the toilet. They left our dirty glasses and coffee mugs there, never took them or gave us cleaned ones. The food and service in the dining room was great though.

I have been staying in this little great hotel for over 20 years and it’s always been a great experience. The staff it’s super helpful. The hotel is always clean. Price is excellent, it’s right in the center of everything so that’s a plus if I could give it six stars, I would beautiful place! Thanks POSADA DE ROGER
