We enjoyed our rest in the calm and peaceful environment. Clean, cozy, and beautiful property. Excellent service, especially, the concierge on the beach Denise, and Rodrigo from entertainment team. Just a few names but the list, indeed, is much more extensive. The resort staff made our stay pleasurable. Thank you!

If you see a negative reviews here , thats just people trying to nit pick and find stuff to complain about. Resort was amazing. Staff was so friendly. It was super clean. Drinks were not dilluted like most of the other all inclusive resorts.
Food was not amazing but was above average. You will find so many activities every single day. Like pool volleyball , pool basketball, aqua exercices.
Live music evety night in the lobby, libe events every night around 9pm (fire shows, dance, karaoke, etc.
Book this resort and have a blast.

We arrived on Friday and had lunch at the club beach, we got a stomach infection that ruined our stay! We left on Sunday feeling terrible and the previous night we missed Xcaret Night show because we were feeling terrible. After we left we went to the doctor and she confirmed we had an infection
