I was not pleased with the room overall. While the room condition was acceptable (Ivory Room, 1 King), the experience did not meet expectations. The minibar is unusable for personal items due to a weight sensor, which is unreasonable. If a refrigerator is needed, there is an additional $25 per night fee, and there is no microwave provided at all.
In addition, guests are charged a $146.50 resort fee on top of a $300 incidental hold. It is unclear what this resort fee includes, as the room quality and available amenities do not justify the cost. Pricing is different from Expedia once you actually arrive for check in.
The room itself is mediocre at best and clearly outdated. Temperature control was inconsistent, and the room remained uncomfortably humid throughout the stay. The shower design is poor—regardless of how the showerhead is positioned, water ends up all over the bathroom floor.
Overall, this room did not provide the level of comfort or value expected given the added fees.
