The staff are wonderful, especially the bar and restaurant groups and still see many friendly members from our previous visits such as Albert (incredible manager), Adriana (buffet, the best!), Wilbert (lobby bar extraordinaire), German (beach manager, outstanding) and so many more - Thank you to all for your service. The renovated rooms are very pleasant and comfortable, with a small seating area and couch. However, the true beauty is outside with a stunningly kept property - a true paradise on earth. "Erik from the Expedia team on the resort was a doll. The food here is next level and drinks are strong. The lush forests on the beach feels like a dream. Lots of amazing people ranging in all ages and walks of life. Rooms are 3/5 very comfortable beds and great bathrooms. Although, they felt old and a bit unkept. The couch was stained and filthy and the walls need a repaint. My biggest problem was how early the pools and beach close down. By 540 the beach bars only serve beer and at 6 they are completely closed down. No swimming at 7pm is really bad. It was still light out and the pools are all closed. Even the beach is closed by 7. I think that’s a bit silly! Night swims are my fav part of vacation and that was a big no go. "

Some of the best treatments I've ever had, I highly reccomended the Mayan Massage Experience! This was our first all inclusive experience, and I dont think it will be our last!"

"I spent my time in the beautiful Caribbean Sea at the adult only area. There were plenty of lounge chairs and close enough to the poolside bar. In conversation with another fellow traveler, he mentioned the buffet at Siam Kaan, which was just amazing. The area is also adult only, the buffet is smaller, but the selection was superb."
