"We had two connecting family suites (sleeping 12 of us) -- rooms were great very clean. Food court was open early and late and reasonably priced. We took advantage of the early park admission. Staff very helpful...very pricey to buy tubes for lazy river experience, lucky I knew ahead of time to bring my own tubes (which we left behind for someone else to use). Pools and grounds were nice. Cosmic bowling is a little pricey, so we didn't take advantage of it (although we would have liked to)"

"I love this place. It’s not your average hotel. The deco is unique and elegant. The stuff kind and friendly. The place feels like at home. If I come back to Orlando, this is going to be the place I will stay. Highly recommended. "

"We had a wonderful stay here! The house is well maintained with many great amenities. We didn’t feel like there was anything we would have needed that wasn’t provided. The host was very kind and checked in on us after we began our stay to be sure everything was okay. The location of the house is perfect if you are planning to go to Universal. It was a 5 minute drive to and from the park, so we could easily leave and come back if we wanted. I wish the weather would have cooperated so we could have enjoyed the outside amenities and pool. We will absolutely stay here again in the future!"
