I went with my family for a couple of days in August. The welcome we got was warm and friendly from the first moment we arrived and the staff are really helpful throughout - particularly the Concierge who was happy to book restaurants for us. The location is great for tourists - just off Covent Garden and 5 minutes from Leicester Square. Rooms were modern and reasonable size for the location. The hotel exudes a really nice vibe and I would definitely stay again.

The hotel had a lively vibe but the communal areas were very busy at all times with people working on laptops etc. We tried to sit in the bar/sitting area on a number of occasions, but there were no seats available. The room was clean and nicely decorated but very small for a twin. It was also quite dark as the window was angled to the side of the room.
