"I had a really good stay at NH Collection Centro Histórico in Mexico City. The location is excellent – within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and key sights, and it was easy to get an Uber to other areas when needed. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I also felt safe and secure during my time there, which is really important when travelling. The only thing to be aware of is that roads in this area can sometimes be closed, which may delay taxis or transfers. This isn’t the hotel’s fault, but it’s something to keep in mind if you have an early flight or pre-booked transport. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend staying here."

"Loved the resort and the food options! The private beach was amazing and beautiful and staff was top notch! I only wish there was a bit more entertainment at the resort itself. We were also put on the 8th floor (no balcony) and our sink leaked onto the floor everytime we ran it… "
