"We’ve stayed in both the trendy and tower rooms before, and while the tower is our favorite for the extra space, amenities, and views (wink!), you’ll have a fantastic trip no matter which you choose. Our butlers Alex and Nacho were amazing and so helpful when we needed to extend our trip 2 nights due to a cancelled flight. I can’t say enough good things about them. I’ve heard a lot of complaints from repeat guests (mostly members, which we are not) regarding recent changes, but this trip may have been our favorite, and we will certainly be back. It is the frontline employees that continue to make TTR exceptional."

"We had a wonderful time at GR Solaris Cancun and Spa. Traveled with another couple. Everyone from reception to concierge to servers in all of the restaurants and bars and servers at the pool area were excellent. Very kind, fast, friendly and they all work so hard. Special shout out to Angel and Feliciano, great energy and friendliness.We already miss you guys! Food was great, lots of choices and fresh and delicious. During our 1 week stay, we had 3 dinners at specialty restaurants and our favorite was Mexican Don Gus restaurant. The dishes they had were not your typical Mexican food and they had great wine and beautiful view of the beach. As far as entertainment, every night at 9 pm they had an amazing show, we enjoyed all of them very much and they are all very talented. I can't recommend this resort enough, we had amazing time and would love to come back."

"We had an amazing time! Excellent customer service, clean, great location, amenities and entertainment were great. The only thing I would say that needs enhancing … pillows are uncomfortable, they won’t let you take your food to your room(outside restaurants) and wet bar doesn’t have a good selection for people that don’t drink beer. However, we would definitely come back again! "

"The Sunscape resort in Cancun is excellent! Every single staff member we encountered had a warm greeting for us always! This is an outstanding hallmark of your resort. Our oceanfront room was absolutely. PERFECT! We could hardly believe the amazing view from our balcony and how close we were on the beach. We rented a beach cabana for the entire day and what a great idea that is… Perfect location, great homebase for your beach activities, and great amenities from a delightful beach attendant! The food in the restaurant was absolutely delicious and again, the most gracious and kind staff always present! The front desk staff were super welcoming and helpful. Great gift shop and love the 24 hour café. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"
