"I stayed here in February this year and while the hotel itself was lovely, the location great and a reasonable price for its location, there some niggles with service and the lifts that meant i gave it 3 stars. I am delighted to report that on this second visit the feedback Gave to the hotel directly has been taken onboard and all the issues I had were addressed. The rooms were spotless, comfortable and you would be hard pressed to find a comparable hotel in a central location cheaper."

"This hotel was such a pleasant surprise! Location was great- it was about a 15 minute walk from the train station and a 25 minute leisurely walk down the Thames to Westminster. I'd highly suggest the hop on hop off tours. They all pick up in that area. When leaving the hotel we were always greeted by friendly helpful staff. Taxis were there waiting, but word of advice- they are very expensive. Fare was 26💷 to go about 1 mile. There are quite a few restaurants nearby, but they are not budget friendly. I suggest traveling out of the area for food. The room was immaculate. Wonderful bathroom- rain shower/ handheld sprayer option. Water pressure and temperature was great. My only complaint is the lighting stays pretty dim. Speaking the lighting, the room has a cool feature with all the controls on one pad. Automatic opening/ closing the blinds, different lighting features (the "mood" feature was a cool twist). On the downside, the pull out couch was not comfortable at all. Mattress was super thin and every time someone moved it made loud noises. There was a hairdryer and iron/ironing board which was nice. The room service food was also pretty good and a good option if you don't feel like leaving. I would definitely stay there again! "

"This hotel is amazing! The staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel itself is stunning and the location is awesome. The only downside to this hotel, and other buildings in the UK,is the absence of air conditioning. When we visited London it was in excess of 32C. The hotel does provide fans and heavy blackout drapery, but it was still stifling throughout the hotel. Overall though, I loved this hotel. Easy walking distance to dining, entertainment, shopping, cultural sights and train stations. Clean, modern rooms and amenities, with nice beds and pillows. Would stay here again!"
