"Review: Haven Resort – 9/10 (May 2–8) ​I recently returned from a stay at the Haven Resort with my wife and two friends, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. It strikes a perfect balance between high-energy fun and genuine relaxation, living up to its reputation as a true adults-only getaway. ​The Serenity Club Experience ​If you are planning a visit, I highly recommend booking the "Serenity Club" package. Having a butler makes a world of difference. ​The dining here is impressive, with every specialty restaurant delivering a 5-star feel. ​Skip the buffet and stick to the themed restaurants. The resort’s app and website make it very easy for all guests to book tables without waiting in long lines. The 24-hour pools, incredible food, and standout staff make this a stellar choice. I definitely recommend booking"

"This is a beautiful resort, but unfortunately the customer service experience was extremely disappointing. Due to one of our travelers being hospitalized, we needed a modification to our reservation booked through Expedia. While staying at the resort, 2 staff members assured us the matter would be resolved, but after multiple follow-ups, emails went unanswered and promised callbacks never happened. Even after providing hospital documentation, neither Expedia nor I received any meaningful response. To make matters worse, staff members later refused to provide their names when contacted by phone, and multiple assurances of follow-up were never honored. Guests spend a significant amount of money to vacation at a resort like this, and in situations involving medical emergencies, customers deserve professionalism, communication, and compassion. The complete lack of accountability and disregard for communication throughout this process was unacceptable. Because of this experience, I would not recommend this resort and will not be returning. I would strongly encourage future patrons to consider how customer issues are handled here, especially in situations involving emergencies or unexpected circumstances."

"We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The food and drinks were absolutely excellent, with so many delicious options every day. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. What made our experience even more special was the staff — everyone was so kind, welcoming, and hardworking. They truly made us feel at home. My mother completely fell in love with this hotel and kept saying how much she enjoyed everything. We are very happy with our experience and will definitely come back again in the future!"
