"The decor is very modern and appealing. Most front desk staff members were friendly and helpful. The two security people outside the bar were aloof and standoffish. The rooms were comfortable for the most part except for the extra high tubs that were extremely difficult and dangerous to navigate. The replenishing of water bottles was appreciated."

"The hotel is near the Tower of London and the Tower Bridge which is why I picked it. The rooms are pretty standard, not many channels available inside the rooms and no phone service to contact the front desk if needed. I had issues with a nonstop running toilet, but hotel staff looked into the issue immediately after it was reported. "

"Had a really lovely stay at the Strand Palace. We recieved a free upgrade to a King size double room. The hotel was reasonably quiet and the food was great, a huge selection was available for breakfast. The only slight criticism is that the cold water tap in the ensuite bathroom kept running hot. Don't know what was wrong with the plumbing, but it wasn't very convenient to brushing your teeth!"
