Newly renovated flat, perfect for families and professionals looking for a modern and stylish home. You'll have access to a garden, lots of great local amenities (independent cafes, parks, pubs, shops). Bus stops and the train station are in close walking distance with fast routes into Central London.

🛏 Sleeping Arrangements:

- Bedroom 1: King bed
- Bedroom 2: Two single beds (can be joined into a super king with advance notice)
- Living Room: Sofa bed

🍽 Kitchen & Other Essentials:

- Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher + washer/dryer
- Towels and linens provided for every guest
- Complimentary toiletries

🚉 Getting Around:

- Train: Lea Bridge Station (~7 min walk)
- Tube: Walthamstow Central / Leyton (~30 min walk or short bus ride)
- Bus: Routes 55, 56, and 158 - direct to Oxford Street & the City

🚗 Parking:

- On-street permit parking available for 1 car at £2.20/hour Mon-Sat (local authority rate). Parking is free after 6:30pm and all day on Sundays. If you request on booking, I will arrange at subsidised cost (£10/day).

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please put the rubbish into bins. The black bin is for general rubbish and the green bin is for recycling. This is collected every Wednesday morning.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
