"Great front desk staff. She got us into our room before noon which was perfect. She sent up robes for my kids and they also sent up chocolate covered strawberries for my daughter’s birthday. Overall great experience. "

"It was an unbelievable experience to stay at this hotel. The room was beautiful with a cleanliness standard second to none! The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. For such a busy hotel it was quiet. I don’t even know how to go about recommending the staff! So courteous, helpful, friendly, efficient. As we had a night time flight I did ask for a late check out. There was a fee, which I had expected, and the lady on the front desk had it organised in a minute, no hassles which I very much appreciated. For such a busy hotel nothing was an issue for the staff. They took a couple of minutes from their time in the day to chat yet didn’t compromise the service the other guests received. The location was prime & felt very safe! Walk out the door and turn left and you’re right at the big red steps in Times Square. So close to everything you could possibly want to see or do. We didn’t eat in the hotel as Ellen’s Stardust Diner is our go to spot when visiting New York. The hotel did have an area just off the lobby where you could purchase snacks, drinks, fresh fruit etc, it was cashless so no waiting to be served, you just chose, scanned, either paid with your card or added it to your room. It was great as you didn’t have to head out again to look for a convenience store. I highly recommend staying in Tempo by Hilton Times Square. They made our visit extra special!"

" Food options, Bed comfort, Internet access, and Transport access were on point. Unfortunately, the shower head was broken but they fixed. One of the elevators was not working but the wait time wasn’t long either!"

"My awesome experience started before my stay at The New York Hilton - Midtown. I spoke with Rosie at the concierge desk, who made me feel great about selecting this hotel. Upon arrival, I was assisted by Mei, who like Rosie provided stellar service; I mean top notch!❤️ The experience was so great that I bought them both flowers; I even extended my stay! While it may have been their jobs, they both exuded such a pleasant and warm personality, that is often lacking in customer service. Additionally, all other personnel that I had limited interactions with were very kind. If ever I return to NYC for an.extended stay, The New York Hilton - Midtown is where I'm staying."
