"It was really nice. I traveled with my young children alone, and felt safe and secure. All the staff were super friendly. Its small enough to be able to have eyes on your kiddos at all time, and but big enough to always have plenty of space to swim and play. The food was okay.. The spa was amazing. Kids club is great. Overall, a great place."

"Dreams Sapphire Resort is an overall wonderful resort and was a great choice for our family. We have stayed at multiple resorts over 20+ years in Cancun and Riviera Maya. The food and restaurant selection is excellent—highly recommend the rooftop sushi bar for lunch (you can get more than sushi; they have a lot of great food options) —and we loved both the smoothie bar and coffee shop on site. Breakfast at the buffet is very good and offers plenty of high quality options. We did not travel with small children (we have a 16+ teenager) and we stayed in a Club & Villas oceanfront room, which was a standout experience for us; the access to the rooftop pool and rooftop restaurant is absolutely worth it. The rooftop infinity pool has amazing ocean views, plenty of space, and feels quiet, private, and relaxing—an ideal escape within the resort. The ocean/ beach area was also nice!"
