"This hotel has great rooms for cheap prices. Our room had a complication but the hotel staff upgraded our room no questions asked and were very apologetic for the issue. 4 stars. I'd give it 5 stars if there wasn't an issue with the original room, but how the staff reacted to the issue was exceptional!"

"The house was great and in perfect condition. Great location as it is 3 min from the Inari shrine and close to the train station which is always helpful. Nothing to complain about except 1 thing: there was no pool table as shown on the photos and we were not told about it. The guy who gave us the keys told us it is being fixed, which is fine but we would have prefered to know beforehand as we were very excited about it. "

"Beautiful hotel, lovely amenities, and the *best pillows. We had an incredible view of the city and train station, including the Shinkansen, which was an unexpected bonus. Location was fabulous for getting around on the trains. Really made our trip to Kyoto! "
