Hotel Riu Plaza London The Westminster

Hotel Riu Plaza London The Westminster

10/10 Excellent
"A fantastic hotel near enough to the action in London but far enough away to be nice and quiet. A great location for all the key sites. Hotel was exceptionally clean, the room was great and spacious and as many others have said, the breakfast was brilliant. A fantastic choice each morning. The only thing that was frustrating was the lack of lifts - only 2 working for the duration of our stay and getting down to breakfast took some time when it was busy. You can walk down the stairs - we found this out on the last day. You have to walk down to the ground floor then come back inside the hotel and up one flight of stairs to breakfast. If you go straight to floor one, there is a fire exit and you can’t get through. If you are on a low floor, do the stairs instead of waiting for the lifts if the lifts aren’t all in action."
