Joan was very helpful in providing for our needs. "What a great place! Top floor (3rd) with a great view of the beach, surf and palm trees blowing in the wind. Pleasantly furnished throughout, with plenty of space for a comfortable stay. There were seven of us gathered for a family retreat including a lively one year old. It was a perfect location for our gathering. Condo is very convenient to restaurants and other activities.
