"Peaceful sounds of the ocean day and night. The balcony is as big as the entire condo and very private. Great restaurant next door and convenient scuba diving without having to deal with crowds in town. Walk to town is easy. Looking forward to bringing the whole family in a larger condo next year. "

"Villas de Rosa was as advertised. Our stay was excellent and the daily housekeeping was great. Tony is always there for anything you need. Room, pool and Beach Service was a added plus! It’s a little ways to town, but that keeps it nice and quiet. A hr walk or the collectivo are inexpensive ways to town. The taxis are expensive, but it’s the same up and down the east coast."

"We had a wonderful stay here. The location was perfect for us. We love to snorkel and we could do it directly from the property. Restaurant on site was excellent. Furnishings and condo can use some updating by we knew that going in because of pictures."

"Very comfortable, great outdoor patio for morning coffee and dining and hanging out with awesome sunrises and ocean views. The pool and beach were steps away. Joan was very helpful in providing for our needs. There is 1 great little restaraunt a short walk but I would suggest having access to a car for groceries or other shopping or restaraunts or using a taxi service."

"Deanna's property was such a GEM!! So much so, we extended our stay by a couple days because we weren't ready to leave this paradise!! The property is safe and secure. Check IN was a breeze, especially checking IN afterhours. The condo itself is breathtakINgly beautiful!! The kitchen is open and spacious. The bedrooms were both neat and organized. "The condo was great! We had an excellent time! Thank you for sharing your condo with us.Just a note, the bed is high, but they have stools I was alright but I could see some people struggle with it.The location is fantastic! Management was on top of everything before and during our stay! I loved that the transportation, massage, car rental were all local to Akamul. Not large corporations. I hope this continues! Everyone we met was super helpful and kind. I can't wait to return!!!"

"I booked this property because it was on the beach and had decent reviews. From the moment of pulling up to the location the place seemed different than it is online. Once we checked in we were taken to condo. Immediately we were met with a very strong odor of mold. There was literally mold on the walls.
