We spent most days at Universal so we never got a chance to use the private pool or the resort amenities. Check in was easy, neighborhood was quite. Shawna answered all my questions immediately. "We stayed 2 nights with 2 young kids. We had a blast outside with the wave pool, lazy river and water slides. The room was ok. Beds were comfy. The coffee maker was not clean and when we moved the side table to eat there was something gross on under it. Otherwise the place was very clean. Everyone was very nice minus a lady in the cafe. Overall great little staycation with the kids. "

"Hosts responded quickly. Paid for three days of pool & spa heat, and,while the heat was turned on, the spa jets didn't work (we were told- after paying- that they were waiting for a part). So, we didn't really get to use the spa. I bought a bottle of spray bleach to address some areas of mold in the shower (esp at the bend of the shower hose). Some plates in cupboard had food on.
