"Very professional staff, very pleasant and eminently approachable - we were made to feel very welcome! We booked a cosy room which, although quite small, was perfect big enough & had everything we needed and the bed was super comfy!! My only slight criticism is the shower leaked but not too bad to put me off so if we’re ever in London and need an overnight in Kensington I would have no hesitation to book again!"
