"menu in restaurants were very good. Staff in all food venues were fabulous. especially Arcos and his other staff members in the buffet on the outside deck. Variety is always hanging and great food in buffet. Outside pools the party pool was a little loud but you can just move down to the central pool and still hear the music. Bar staff on beach and all outside areas are great. Enrique at the small pool below the theatre was always fantastic ( with and electric smile). I did not sit well on the loungers but Enrique would always get us a couple of chairs from the theatre to side on down at the pool level. One comment I gave the hotel manager was to do with the washrooms. Very clean but lack of for the building size and how far you may have to walk to get to one. Washrooms are super clean. Watch the floors, as they are marble and are continuously being cleaned and can be slippery so be careful and just move slowly. Front door man Roberto was so helpful if you need to know anything. Lovely beach to bob in the water or snorkel. Can be wavey on some days. "

"My entire family was extremely pleased with this resort and we can’t wait to come back. The property was beautiful the beach was amazing and second only to the service that was provided. The gym was clean and all the machines worked, the pool was clean and the buffet was tasty every time we visited. This was a great family resort and we made so many special memories. "Very clean, workers worked very hard. Beds uncomfortable and the elevators were not adequate. Food was great in the specialty restaurants, was disappointed there wasnt a Mexican restaurant as we were in Mexico. The buffet was fair, could find something you liked. Did not like the reps pushing for you to go off site to the Coco Bongo show. It was expensive and misrepresented- definitely for a younger crowd. The entertainment was fair, if you wanted to go to the infamous Riu parties, you had to take a.shuttlento another Riu. Overall, great vacation. Food, drinks, pools. Enjoyed our time. "

"A really wonderful resort that offers a number of different activities for families with children as well as adults traveling on their own. fantastic location close to downtown Cancun other sightseeing and Isla Mujeres. great food options fantastic service. The beach and pools were wonderful. We would definitely recommend booking again."
