"The staff was very pleasant, courteous, helpful. The room was small but clean and had all necessary amenities - fridge, kettle, storage, safe, even a small table and two chairs. It was comfortable. The hotel is centrally located and it was very easy to get around London. We are planning another visit and will stay here again. "

"Check in was very easy and quick.. a shout out to Abni who was very courteous and helpful. Room was very clean( windows could do with a clean) and the bed was very comfy. Room had tea/coffee facilities with an iron, safe and mini fridge ( which made a little noise!) . Breakfast was very good with a good choice. The hotel is very convenient to public transport and shopping "
