"They should have a refrigerator that guests can use. They only have a fridge where they store the snacks and drinks they sell. More personal to aid with printing of the room keys. I checked in on my phone but I still had to print physical cards."

"Dirty, dark and terrible customer service. Everything is run down, filthy, broken or missing in the rooms. Housekeeping only comes sometimes. Even if you manage to get ahold of someone to request towels or anything else they won’t actually arrive. Text concierge doesn’t work and lines at front desk are ridiculous. I wouldn’t stay here again even if it was free. "
