Mandalay Bay Resort And Casino

8/10 Good

"Better communication about where to check in would have been helpful. When placing the reservation it shows Mandalay Bay. There was nothing in any messages, reservation confirmation that our actual room was at the "W". We walked all over Mandaly Bay to get checked in. Did so with my reservation confirmation number. Found the elevators and made it to level "60" but no room existed for our room number. After dragging our luggage all over, we finally asked for help from the "bell desk" and they pointed we had to walk across the casino? With more guided help from employees on the way, we eventually found the "W". Beautiful room and ammenities, but better communication would have gone a long way."
