"Very good. Clean and comfortable. Great location, near Tower of London and Tower Hill tube station for easy access to downtown. Plenty of places to eat and drink very close by. We really appreciated the front desk clerk who arranged for early access to our room, having arrived early in the morning on an overnight flight. Only complaint was that one of the two elevators was out of service for the entire 8 days we stayed there. It made for some slow waits. "

"The room was lovely and we really enjoyed our relaxing stay. We were a bit disappointed by the Albie for dinner, it felt quite rushed and casual which I understand but wish it was a bit more special. The other thing is that there was a blood stain on one of our pillows, and the extractor fan in the bathroom was broken."
