Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, communication
DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY! No property access details sent from host, no reply to messages until 2 minutes before we should’ve had access, when they said it wasn’t available, with no explanation! Extremely frustrating, stressful & spoilt our time in Birmingham since we missed several hours of the event we were attending due to their lack of communication & having to find last minute accommodation when Birmingham was about 95% booked! We also found out that this property should not be sub-let, so they are breaking their lease contract! Avoid at all costs!
