"Our stay at the Intercontinental - O2 was amazing. The hotel was lovely. The views for the top level bar were beautiful! We made full use of the spa which was really good, breakfast was really nice. Hotel room was good - bed was very comfortable (pillows were amazing). But most of all the location was absolutely perfect! We were going to a concert and the location of the hotel couldn't have been better! Would highly recommend!"

"The staff is excellent all very helpful and friendly. My family and I had excellent interactions with each member from the day we checking in to checking out. The property is well maintained. It's within walking distance of restaurants, public transportation and right on the river. We walked to landmarks in both directions on the waterfront. The only surprise was that the guest rooms don't have a view of the river."

"Best hotel in London! Pricey, but well worth it. The staff makes it a point to remember your name and make you feel welcome. We were only there two nights but felt at home. We arrived slightly before check-in time so that put us in a very nice lounge and brought champagne while we waited. The area is a bit tourist-y, but we were there Easter week/spring break so maybe it's not *always* that bad. Even so, the hotel is back off the main road, so getting into a cab is not a life and death...
