"I reserved a king size bed and arrived at approximately 8pm to check in and was in a hurry to get to a dinner party. There was a self check in so I used that but it turned around and told me that it would text me when my keys were ready. After waiting 10 minutes I went to the desk. When I went to the desk they needed a manager to come and approve it cause they put a hold on king size rooms (even though that’s what I reserved). I did not have time to wait for a manager so they gave me a double queen room instead because it would take a while for the manager to release a king size room. Why if I reserved a king size room do I n ed to wait around for manager approval especially when I was in a hurry. It was disappointing. They did give me a $50 credit for food. Otherwise the hotel was pretty good."

"The room was comfortable and clean. The pool area is also well-maintained and very nice. My family refused to enter the lobby/casino area because of cigarette smoke smell but we were able to avoid it by walking around the outside of the building to a side door so not a huge issue."
