Small boutique hotel, with daily yoga. Staff were Brilliantly wonderful!! However someone entered our room while we slept. Both my daughter and I had noise cancellation headphones on and didn’t hear the door open but have proof. Mistakes happen. This cute little boutique hotel has a lot of great activities if you’re into yoga.

Great hotel for the price, lovely staff, decent rooms, fantastic location, but holy moly it gets pretty loud at night. If you plan to be up late, if you can sleep through noise, if you can sleep with earplugs in, then this is a great little spot.

Good place to stay but it’s next door to a restaurant that blasts loud club music until 2 am. If you stay here and want to sleep, bring ear plugs. The upside is you are very close to calle 5 with all the tourist shops and restaurants.

This property is very load due to the location. With that being said it was walkable to the beach, shopping and dinning. Just be preparo not get much sleep!!

Worth the money

The front desk stuff were amazing so polite and lovely. 10 out of 10 for them Only downside is its too loud i mean like loud music till 1 am because of location. So if you have problem sleeping this place is not for you. Also the shower you have to wait 20 min or longer for hot water to start coming.

Mr. Miguel was an execellwnt hosts. He was very attentive and was always there for any questions or request we needed. Morning staff was nice too. I forgot her name (lol) but she was kind too. Just a few details in the water pressure whne I wanted to shower. And some noise because of 5th ave. But thats all. I wanted to extend my stay, but price was a bit higher for my budget. Over all, a nice experince

A very quiet clean property. I would stay here again in an instant. Met the owner and later saw him elswhere in Playa del Carmen and he took the time to say hello. The staff at the hotel were so kind and always asked if everything was good. I read reviews saying the property was noisy at night because of nearby bars, so i brought earplugs but never once used them. The muffled sound did nothing to prevent me from sleeping. The pool is small, but i never used. Always went out. Good little shops and restaurants nearby. 5 minutes walk to the beach. Right off 5th ave where all the action is. Bus stop is 10 minute walk. Water pressure could be low at times. Great little hotel for the small price. 👌

Les propriétaires super sympathiques. Lieu très propre. Situé à. 2 min. De marche de la plage et 30 sec.de marche de la 5e avenue. oui près de tout mais aussi très très bruyant jusqu'à 2.30 hrs du matin (musique) et ce 7 jrs sur 7 très très désagréable. Petite piscine froide, sans chaise. Le ménage pas fait tous les jrs désagréable aussi. Bon, l'hôtel avait son cachet, les lits et oreillers par contre très confortables. Proche de tout pro
