"Très bien situé ( près du Walmart et de la 5eme) La gare d'autobus est a un coin de rue si vous voulez prendre le bus de l'aeroport si j'avais su c'est ce que j'aurai fait... Hôtel excellent rapport qualité prix, les suites sont bien équipées même mieux que certains rbnb que j'ai loués. La piscine sur le toit un gros plus. L'entretien ménager A-1... Franchement un score presque parfait si on ne s'attend pas à un service de congiergerie à la porte."

"Complete dream….. check in a little tedious. That is our only feedback from a seven night stay. You don’t want to hear a presentation? Say no thank you and they don’t push. Property is so gorgeous at times you can’t believe your eyes. Architectural geniuses created this place perfectly nestled in the jungles with natural rivers and xenotes. Food is amazing, rooms were perfect. Monkeys, iguanas and Mexican badgers all around! Just a dream! Go and enjoy! Try Chi for breakfast! Xavier is an amazing waiter and Alejandro a great supervisor! We would go again in a heartbeat!"

"Food was good. Steakhouse and seafood spot I recommend. I didn’t get to try the Asian restaraunt but a lot of people said it was good. Staff was attentive while I was at pool with drinks, food, and towels. They also had some activities to do while I was there, like beach volleyball, and massage class (all same day). There’s an OXXO ( 7 eleven of Mexico) and pharmacy right outside the entrance of the resort. The waves in the ocean are also always relaxed since there are things in place to block strong waves. Beach bag is included, just don’t take it home. I’d recommend taking valuables with you when you go to pools / lunch as someone will likely come clean your room. I left money inside while they cleaned and didn’t count a single dollar less when I came back, but rather be safe than sorry. Cleaning ladies were also super nice the times I did come across them."

"Everything was great with this resort room service was included however, the service and the people do expect a tip for everything they do from saying hello to helping you with bags to giving you directions and they will not hesitate to ask for a tip. However, on this specific date of my trip, the beach was closed. It was ugly. It was horrible. It was dirty. A lot of seaweed staff was out there fixing trying to make it look nice. However, the beach remained closed throughout my stay. Other than that, the food was great. The restaurants were amazing. The service was great. Everything went totally fine no complaints. However, some of the rooms should be upgraded. Some of the appliances need to be changed to newer ones. The ones in my room, looked rusty and old."
