Rooms, restaurants, amenities all were excellent.
Only thing that we were not happy about was the time spent on checkin at new phase lobby.
Not sure whether it was just bad timing, cause every other time we managed all we needed very quickly.

Overall excellent. Very relaxing. Food of a high quality by all inclusive standards. Some knocks being the spa was hilariously expensive, and some of the housekeeping lacked thoroughness. Would return if looking for a relaxing break.

Our stay at Suites Cielo y Mar was wonderful!
We were on the 4th floor in a great huge apartment, with a sea view, a beautiful flower on the shelf and a large balcony and 2 bathrooms!
Nevertheless there was a shortage of the staff in the moment of our stay, our room was cleaned every day.
In addition, we were able to enjoy the top roof pool and to use the parking inside of the yard.
Moreover, there is a really nice chill area just next to the cafeteria where every morning we were enjoying the...
