"Very nice resort with good service. It’s very big and you can get a bit disoriented when you first arrive so I suggest familiarizing yourself with the property right away. We did not opt for a tour initially but could have benefited from it. Staff is very friendly and helpful other than one of the bartenders at the swim up Fantasy bar. If he did not receive regular tips every drink, he became disengaged and would ignore. The food was amazing especially at the main buffet. Drinks were very good as well. I would definitely stay here again. "

"The resort is beautiful, and staff is AWESOME. Alberto Gonzalez at the Seaside Grill was so attentive and effcient we ate their every dinner! Valdovina (beach staff) was fast and super friendly! I was disappointed to see the lack of tipping from East coast and Canadian guests "shame" on you. Beach was filled w/ sargasso seaweed unfortunately, and we received a few calls from TIME SHARE SHARKS even though we let them know upon arrival we were NOT interested. All TSs are good for is locking you into a specific date and place each year you pay for regardless if you go. Shows need to be revamped we saw same show as 4 years ago. Overall I recommend minus the seaweed and Timeshare sharks. :)"

"Took my wife, 2 year old daughter and mother in law. Had adjoining rooms, perfect set up to let us come in and out of baby was asleep in ext room over and not make noise to wake her. We absolutely loved it. If you’re looking for the party vibe, crowd, spring break- this ain’t it. Very chill, relax setting, amazing service, clean grounds, beautiful sandy beach. We upgraded to the level service( do it), great food!!! Plan to come back ASAP Concierge Gerardo was on top of it ! Clear communication, eager to assist in any way he could. All the servers were fantastic, our regular became Guadalupe, sweet lady, consistent attention made sure we were set. Amazing place"

"It’s was a very nice hotel. The entertainment at the hotel wasn’t enough. Barely any entertainment for the guest. Needs more fun and entertainment and especially with the staff working. Everyone is so laid back and quiet."
