"Beautiful location. Property is gorgeous. The only downfall is there's no insulation in the roof and it's a metal roof. So as a sun heats the metal it pops and makes lots of noise as well as when it cools down at night it contracts and pops and makes lots of noise so it's hard to sleep if you don't have some kind of a background noise like ocean waves or a fan. But it's still definitely worth the stay as it's gorgeous and you can hear howler monkeys."

"Our group of 20 stayed over a very busy holiday weekend in Puerto Vallarta. We stayed here and were impressed with the impeccable service we received. Our rooms, kitchen, bathrooms, and communal spaces were cleaned daily. Our host, Sim, was accommodating and responsive before the trip. Our concierge, Renata, helped us with anything we needed and our group loved her. The house is a brief but intense incline up the hill—so be prepared for that—but the views from all 3 floors of the massive villa...
