"This resort was amazing! The restaurant options were amazing, there was always fun events and shows available to attend everyday! Amenities were unbeatable, something for everyone! Very family friendly and elegant at the same time. The staff were great and food was awesome! The staff work so hard and we were very happy with everything! Only complaint was the dress code at the buffet, very strict and very unnecessary. The seaweed problem at the beach really put a damper on our vacation but the hotel had nothing to do with it. I’ve never seen the beach with this seaweed problem before so I was definitely bummed about that. The hotel, staff, and service were top notch! Would definitely go back again!"

"We had a fantastic stay! The room was modern and spotless, the service was great, and the food at the main restaurants were quite good overall. That said, I do have a couple of complaints: 1. The beach was covered in seaweed—so much that I didn’t even feel like setting foot on it. 2. None of the three main restaurants offer lunch, which was a bit disappointing."

"The experience at this resort was UNREAL! I am at a loss for words. Beach & beach service = PERFECT! I highly recommend upgrading to Excellence Club if possible and getting the Swim up Suite. Each restaurant was great, especially lobster house. The staff was outstanding and super kind, they appreciate your tips and kind words. I would absolutely return and recommend this to anyone. The ONLY and I mean ONLY complaint I can think of is long waits at restaurants BUT it was only at 2 out of the 4 we went to, and it was PACKED... this is pretty par for the course at these all inclusive's, but you need to just go early! "
