"Literally everything was a 5/5. Rooms could be updated to something more modern, but they are still nice and you dont go to a beach vacation in Mexico to stay in your room. Food was great. So much variety, you’re guaranteed to find something you’ll enjoy. Staff is working 24/7 to keep every inch of the property clean and service your every need and desire. There’s 5 different pools of all sizes, some louder and more party like and others more total relaxation based. Water slides were next level as well. "

"We did not sit by the pool. The buildings and lay out were somewhat odd and oversized. The room was great. We went north a ways to enjoy the beach, as there was too much weed on the beach and in the water to enjoy the beach by the resort. The other Westin location where we had the presentation was much nicer. Our concierge was very helpful and knowledgeable."

"Nothing to do, nowhere to go, kids everywhere, everything broken, no bars to sit at you have to wait in big lines to get drink and then drink them while standing! Food was horrible could not eat at the buffet. Do not go worst resort I’ve ever been to!!!!!"

"Very clean, workers worked very hard. Beds uncomfortable and the elevators were not adequate. Food was great in the specialty restaurants, was disappointed there wasnt a Mexican restaurant as we were in Mexico. The buffet was fair, could find something you liked. Did not like the reps pushing for you to go off site to the Coco Bongo show. It was expensive and misrepresented- definitely for a younger crowd. The entertainment was fair, if you wanted to go to the infamous Riu parties, you had to take a.shuttlento another Riu. Overall, great vacation. Food, drinks, pools. Enjoyed our time. "
