"The property was great. The reception staff could use some work. I booked my hotel, paid for, three months in advance. We checked in around 1130pm, after calling them multiple times to ensure the two queen and sofa bed would be ready etc. to find out that she said we are limited on two queen beds right now … very confused as to how a booking that was confirmed and paid for three Months prior with 4 confirmed guests in the room are being told That their room is limited? Waited almost 45 minutes...

"Rooms and bathrooms are very spacious and very quiet. Had one issue waiting for elevator on weekend mornings. Waited 30 minutes to get a ride down from 18th floor. "

"It was very quiet with great access to restaurants and also very well designed. The shortest distance to walk after dropping your car with valet. The shortest distance after check in to the room"

"Very nice and comfortable overall, loved the vanity in the room as well as the large bathroom and shower! Wish there was a door to the separated toilet area and overall the building was a little older/less well-maintained but a decent price and convenient location"
