"Ugh… rooms were terribly dirty. Carpets very stained. Bed sheets old, stained and tattered. Walls stained. Bed was so uncomfortable and pillows were basically like sleeping on nothing. Noise from the street kept us up all night. One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. A nightmare. "

"The employees are the best, they get to know you by name and make you feel special! Ismael the bartender was very friendly and knew our drinks as soon as we made it to the lobby. Very clean hotel and beautiful view. It is my second stay and will def go back. "

"The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean and well maintained. The gymnasium was well appointed. Unfortunately there is no high quality restaurant in the hotel. They Centro Castellano was first class but was closed down on 1 April. There is no longer a good restaurant to which to invite clients or friends. There is no bar when one can converse easily. The main bar is loud and more like a night club than a hotel bar. I had to arrange to meet people away from the hotel if I wishes to have a normal conversation."
