"Beautiful hotel, amazing staff and wonderful location"

"Had a really lovely stay at the Strand Palace. We recieved a free upgrade to a King size double room. The hotel was reasonably quiet and the food was great, a huge selection was available for breakfast. The only slight criticism is that the cold water tap in the ensuite bathroom kept running hot. Don't know what was wrong with the plumbing, but it wasn't very convenient to brushing your teeth!"

"Absolutely perfect location. Bed was extremely comfortable. Loved the electric blackout shades. Nicely designed bathroom. Appreciated the in room air filtration system. Fabulous stay, we cannot wait to return!"

"Very central to all the sites. Close to restaurants and Hyde and Kensington parks. Staff were very helpful. Only negative was no parking on-site and it was not made clear where to park for drop off upon arrival."
