"The communication prior to check-in was good. The air conditioning throughout the hotel was not functioning so well in the suite, many of the hotel restaurants and elevators were all very hot. Also, the elevators moved very slow and took a long time to request. The Spa was great! The rooftop service was great! Music and entertainment were great! Overall the property had a lot of wear and tear - lots of visitors in and out, a party hotel!"

"Fabulous resort. Everything is included, even room service. The staff was very nice and helpful. The resort lot is small, but it is way more convenient to get around versus other resorts where you have to walk a mile to get to the restaurants. Amenities were nice and clean! Helpful tips-- 1) Bring small bills for tipping 2) Book your own travel to/from the airport (way more reliable)"

"We were very disappointed with our stay. The resort was filthy, rarely were dishes and towels picked up from the premises. The only wait staff that was helpful were the pool side ones and those trying to sell us a side trip. Everything took forever when asking for help. Staff expected us to move from the sidewalks as they barged through each time. Room service dishes remained in the hallways for days. We have stayed at several other resorts and this was our least favorite, we will not be returning"
