"The only difficult part is finding your way around the main floor of hotel. Also, the digital key didn't work most of the time. If you're sensitive to smells, bring a mask, because the main floor (especially the casino area) is smoky. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay.
Whichever hotel you choose to stay at, just make sure it's on the strip. It's much more convenient. Even staying "near by" at Luxor or Excalibur can be a 15-minute walk just to get to the strip (even more if if there are sidewalks closed and detours in place), so if your budget can allow it, just stay directly on the strip."
