"Upon entry to the room there were hairs on the floor also bathroom and on the bed, the night stand and coffee table were dusty. We quickly called housekeeping and they said somebody will be over but after an hour no one showed so we went to the front desk and requested again if someone could go clean that, their response was it takes over an hour for housekeeping to complete work orders.
