Centennial Ranch - The Cottages - Gret Stay!

Just spent most of January and February and had a great stay. The house had plenty of room, and we really loved the dual leather couches that reclined. Loft was also great for watching TV or getting a little work done at the desk. The 2 car garage was an added bonus. Paul was great to work with and answered our few questions very promptly. Would stay again.

Clean house, responsive owner

The owner was very attentive to my needs because the previous renter had stolen a lot of supplies from the house. Owner replenished everything I needed. Parking was a little bit of an issue for me because I have a large truck that I had to park diagnol in order to get into the garage, and the HOA didn't permit parking in the driveway. Location was supreme. Everything you need is close and easy to get to.

Paul’s place

Paul’s Place suited us perfectly for our stay. The three bedrooms and a loft allowed us our individual time and a place to work. The backyard is set up very nicely a fire pit, Table and chairs, and barbecue. It was a home away from home.

Comfortable Home, Responsive Owner

Just stayed a month here and highly recommend the property. Comfortable home, giant TV :), and spacious master bath with great tub. And when you're not watching Netflix or soaking in bubbles, you can work at the big desk in the convenient office loft. Very responsive owner, answered questions quickly. Complex is quiet and has a nice little park to do laps around for exercise. Perfect place for vacation or corporate stays. Wish I could have stayed longer!

Totally satisfied!!!

We were so impressed with how little we needed while we stayed Paul's place. The home was spotless and everything was well organized . I will definitely be recommending him to friends and family who are looking to travel to Vegas. The location was also close enough and far enough away from the excitement of the strip. To sum up our experience with Paul's communication and home, it was EXCELLENT!!!!!!!!!!!! Looking forward to a future visit. :-)

Awesome Experience for Us!

This House is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Great rain shower type shower heads. Full laundry room upstairs which was very convenient. The house had everything we needed for our one month stay over this past Thanksgiving. The owner was very available to us should we need anything or had questions. He gave us the option to call or text which I liked. He made us feel very welcomed and open to anything we might need. The house has nice appliances, plenty of room with a great floor plan. The backyard was a great size for our little dog. The patio area was a nice place to sit as there are no houses in back of the house. We felt very safe as it's in a gated community and you have a gate remote for easy access.The garage is nice and big and has an electric door opener. The lawn area and playground was just a very short walk away. The location of this house was so nice for us. There's a great Smiths supermarket that has a Starbucks and a pharmacy as well as restaurants, gas station and a Walmart just a few mins away. It has very easy access to the 215 freeway. Great property!
