"Brilliant and beautiful hotel. We were upgraded by the hotel to a sea view and the room was brilliant. We used the hot tub in the room a few times. The hotel had loads of activities and different restaurants that we checked out. Staff were amazing all around. Super helpful and accommodating. "

"The rooms are amazing and the AC works great. I didn’t have problems with the Wifi but it is weak lol The food is good, fairly middle of the road. The resort is gorgeous and an animal sanctuary which I live. The staff were kind and polite. I would absolutely go again!"

"Resort was nice, the upgraded elite club package was a complete waste of money, all it got you was a pool with no pool chairs or shallow parts and a restaurant that had the same menu as their steakhouse pretty much. Resort had a major red ant problem. Definitely not worth the money."

"The property is ideal if you want city and beach life. The rooftop pool was great with views you cannot get from ground pools! We were upgraded to a Master Suite which was spacious and clean. We had an issue with the AC in the last couple days but were told it was because you could not set the thermostat lower than a specific degree which was not the case or problem. We had friends in another room that had to use extra blankets because it was so cold. However, we did not press the issue too hard with the staff so more on us than them. Bar staff and servers in all locations were attentive and personable. Food selection was great - smaller facility means more taste and quality when not mass produced. We also chose the Elite option and visited the other 2 sister resorts a few times. Playacar had a great beach and Coco Beach was smaller but also very nice. The shuttle service was a bit confusing (need to be on a list?) and can get full so make sure you check before going. All in all a wonderful stay and we will be back!"
